Enterprise Solution Architect

• Design end-to-end solutions across policy, underwriting, billing, claims, distribution, and digital platforms
• Define solution architectures, technology roadmaps, and integration strategies
• Lead API, cloud, data, event-driven, and AI/GenAI architecture initiatives
• Drive legacy modernization and guide solutions from design through production
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Translate business needs into practical solutions and drive measurable outcomes

• 12+ years of technology experience with significant solution/enterprise architecture responsibilities
• Strong insurance domain knowledge and understanding of core insurance processes
• Expertise in application architecture, APIs/integration, cloud, data, or AI/GenAI
• Hands-on experience with solution design, prototyping, troubleshooting, and implementation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred: Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Preferred: Data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric
• Preferred: API management, event streaming, and integration technologies
• Preferred: GenAI/LLMs, DevSecOps, and legacy modernization
• Experience integrating insurance platforms with carriers, partners, and SaaS applications
