Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
• Manage bookings and guest relations
• Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners
• Manage operations through the ALB platform
• Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences, if necessary
• Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
• Entrepreneurial motivation and the ability to work independently
