Airbnb Operations Manager

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
• Manage bookings and guest relations
• Respond to messages and handle check-ins and disputes
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners wishing to outsource the management of their property
• Manage the business through the ALB platform
• Optionally recruit City Managers under the referral program and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
