Microsoft 365 & Azure Administrator

• Responsibility for the stable, secure, and future-oriented operation of modern Microsoft, cloud, and hybrid cloud platforms
• Active further development of technologies, standards, and services
• Administration and further development of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Making architectural decisions, as well as automating and continuously optimizing platforms
• Implementing demanding customer projects and introducing new technologies
• Influencing security, availability, performance, and automation
• Developing new services and technical standards together with Operations, Security, and Product Management
• Collaborating with customers and internal teams on solutions and services
• Taking ownership of platforms, assets, or products

• At least three years of professional experience administering Microsoft environments
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Azure, hybrid cloud, or modern platform services
• Experience working in complex Microsoft, cloud, or virtualization environments
• Knowledge of PowerShell, SQL Server, IIS, Exchange, Veeam, or comparable solutions
• Experience with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure as Code
• Interest in IT security, identity management, and cloud technologies
• Analytical thinking, along with a structured and self-directed approach to work
• German at C1 level and technical English
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Eagerness to learn, a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to play an active role in shaping things
