Technical Assistant

• Monitor paint preparation, analyzing homogenization and controlling and adjusting quality
• Monitor the production process at automotive assembly plants, controlling color shades and making adjustments and adding additives as necessary
• Coordinate shift activities, assigning work and supporting the team to meet customer demands
• Perform system-related activities in Axalta’s system, reviewing specifications and analyzing paint standards
• Support production operators by providing guidance on the proper use of materials
• Stay up to date on operating and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with standards
• Request product analysis for deviations, monitor results, and guide corrective actions together with customers

• Technical degree in Chemistry with an active CRQ registration
• Experience in paint lines is preferred
