Short Term Rental Listing and Operations Specialist, EU Hours

• Optimize short-term rental listings across Airbnb and other distribution channels
• Manage titles, descriptions, photo ordering, amenity tags, search visibility, and conversion
• Propagate listing changes across all OTAs
• Update Airtable and Notion with listing and property information
• Maintain consistency between distributed platform content and centrally stored content
• Monitor conversion rate, click-through rate, and search ranking
• Flag performance anomalies and connect metrics to potential causes
• Participate in weekly team alignment
• Communicate daily via Slack with the remote-first team
• Improve processes when inefficiencies or breakdowns are identified

• Hands-on professional experience in short-term rental listing optimization across multiple properties
• Demonstrated track record of improving listing performance
• Deep working knowledge of Airbnb's algorithm, ranking factors, listing structure, and optimization levers
• Experience with a channel manager and/or property management system in a multi-OTA environment
• Comfortable using Airtable and Notion
• Structured, methodical, and able to manage workload across multiple properties
• Ability to work independently between check-ins
• Ability to manage own deadlines
• Experience with audits, content updates, and platform synchronization
• Examples of listings or properties managed are a strong plus

• Part-time schedule: 4 hours per day
