Senior PeopleSoft Systems Analyst

• Develop and provide support for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.x platform
• Develop, debug, and optimize PeopleCode
• Use Application Packages and Component Interfaces
• Work with Application Designer, Application Engine, and Data Mover
• Implement and consume web services and integrations through Integration Broker, REST/SOAP APIs, and other technologies
• Develop complex SQL queries and optimize performance
• Work with the Global Payroll for Brazil and Core HCM modules
• Customize and maintain business rules in accordance with Brazil’s Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT)
• Develop and support eSocial events, tables, and transmission and compliance processes
• Develop and support payroll routines, including 13th-month salary, vacation, terminations, and monthly payroll closing

• Experience developing and providing support for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.x platform
• Advanced proficiency in PeopleCode, including development, debugging, code optimization, Application Packages, and Component Interfaces
• Strong knowledge of Application Designer, Application Engine, and Data Mover
• Experience with Integration Broker for implementing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and other integrations
• Advanced SQL knowledge, including complex queries and performance optimization
• Deep understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll data model
• In-depth technical and functional knowledge of the Global Payroll for Brazil and Core HCM (Personnel Administration) modules
• Experience customizing and maintaining business rules in compliance with Brazilian labor legislation (CLT)
• Experience with the technical and functional requirements of eSocial
• Experience developing and supporting payroll routines, including 13th-month salary, vacation, terminations, and monthly payroll closing
• Experience developing and customizing solutions using the Fluid User Interface
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft reporting tools: SQR, BI Publisher, and Query Manager
• Knowledge of or experience with other PeopleSoft HCM modules, such as Time and Labor or Absence Management
• Analytical ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize processes and performance
