Senior Manual QA Engineer

• Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Create and maintain test documentation, including checklists and test cases
• Estimate execution time for testing activities
• Perform functional, cross-platform, UI/responsive design, and regression testing
• Document and maintain defect reports in Jira
• Analyze and evaluate business requirements with product owners
• Communicate QA risks that could affect feature delivery
• Report test execution results to stakeholders
• Support issue investigations, including production Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Triage automated test runs
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, customer support representatives, and AQA engineers

• 5+ years of professional experience in software QA
• Experience testing web and mobile applications, including end-to-end and UI testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Understanding of SDLC in Agile/Scrum
• Solid knowledge of test design techniques
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, APIs, and JavaScript
• Good knowledge of SQL for testing purposes is a plus
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Experience analyzing automated test run results alongside AQA
• Hands-on experience with AI tools/assistants in daily QA workflows is a plus
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to take full ownership of testing activities
• Detail-oriented approach focused on product quality and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
