Sales Development Representative, Support

• Generate leads and enrich data by downloading event lists, sourcing emails and phone numbers using Seamless.ai and LinkedIn, matching existing CRM records with VLOOKUPs, and cleaning and ranking lead pipelines
• Maintain strict outbound outreach cadences across multiple simultaneous campaigns
• Send templated first-touch messages and personalized follow-up emails
• Prepare event briefing packages, schedules, and attendee checklists for the CEO
• Book calendar slots, manage sales blocks, and curate dining and coffee locations for meetings in NY/NJ
• Log contacts, business card data, and call recordings across CRM boards
• Use AI prompts to extract market positioning insights from client conversations

• Proven experience as an SDR, Sales Operations Assistant, or Executive VA supporting sales teams
• Strong hands-on experience with lead generation and data tools, including Seamless.ai, LinkedIn, Excel VLOOKUPs, and CRM systems
• Direct experience executing outbound email cadences and maintaining CRM records across multi-table systems
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to write compelling non-templated follow-up emails
• High initiative, proactive calendar management, and deliverable-driven thinking
• Availability to work in US time zones on the graveyard shift in the Philippines
• Availability to start within 2 weeks from job offer
• Comfortable using time-trackers such as Time Doctor
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
• Available backup equipment for power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and data cleaning
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, and CRM platforms
