Senior Consultant, Mobility

• Lead consulting projects from research and analysis through strategic recommendations and client presentations
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Identify growth opportunities
• Develop actionable client recommendations using Frost & Sullivan’s Growth Pipeline Engine (GPE)
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and team performance
• Build client relationships and lead discussions and presentations
• Develop proposals, identify business opportunities, and support revenue growth
• Contribute to industry reports, thought leadership, and consulting methodologies
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across global teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification preferred
• 7–8 years in consulting, market research, or strategic advisory
• Understanding of the automotive and mobility ecosystem, market dynamics, and emerging trends
• Strong research, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to lead consulting engagements and deliver quality outputs on time
• Experience managing client relationships, developing proposals, and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent English, report-writing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues, work across global teams, and take ownership of project outcomes
