• Own the global Marketing strategy and organization
• Sharpen positioning in a rapidly changing market
• Strengthen brand and category leadership
• Build a high-performing Marketing engine translating market opportunity into sustainable revenue growth
• Partner with Sales, Product and Customer teams on go-to-market strategy across key markets
• Accelerate growth in North America
• Align Product Marketing, Brand & Content, and Demand Generation around shared business outcomes
• Drive market awareness, positioning, pipeline creation, conversion and revenue impact
• Build a diagnostic and identify improvement opportunities
• Build an 18-month roadmap for the Marketing team
• Validate messaging framework and content strategy
• Own analyst relationships
• Build relationships with top clients
• Lead strategic company projects
• Own and lead renaming/rebranding and repositioning decisions
• Transform demand generation from demand capture to demand creation
• Support revenue in scaling outbound to 50% of pipeline creation
• Participate in interview process and reference checks
• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Experience in HR Tech, Future of Work, collaboration, productivity or knowledge/AI platforms would be a plus, but not required
• Master of at least 3 of the following functions: product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, brand
• Outstanding communication skills
• Servant leadership style to lead a team of 20+
• Experience in rebranding/renaming is a plus
• Fluent English (US/UK)
