Senior SAP HCM PY / ECP Consultant

• Configure SAP HCM PY / ECP solutions according to client requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct testing to ensure the quality of support deliverables
• Provide system support and user training
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the AMS team
• Support clients while ensuring the efficiency and quality of the company’s HR processes

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM PY / ECP Consultant
• Strong knowledge of HR processes
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• SAP HCM certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience supporting payroll processes (SAP HCM PY)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Excel proficiency
• Ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams, clients, and business stakeholders
