Senior Project Manager

• Independently lead end-to-end projects and initiatives
• Manage scope, schedule, priorities, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate collaboration among technical teams, business units, and external partners
• Monitor progress and milestone achievement
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
• Lead project meetings and report status to stakeholders
• Manage several topics or workstreams simultaneously
• Work on the development of modern network infrastructure, including 5G and Open RAN

• 5 years of experience as a Project, Program, or Product Manager in the telecommunications industry
• Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication with stakeholders
• Knowledge of German is a plus
• Experience in independently leading complex projects
• Practical experience in managing scope, deadlines, and risks
• Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
