City Manager, Real Estate

• Serve as the network’s local representative in Aubenas and the surrounding area
• Develop the local business by onboarding new properties under management
• Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Coordinate a local network of service providers
• Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System
• Build a portfolio of managed properties
• Optionally recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
