Shopify Operations Specialist

• Maintain the Shopify backend, including product uploads, listings, images, descriptions, product information, and inventory updates.
• Work closely with the fulfillment team to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring system records accurately reflect available stock.
• Act as the operational liaison between the Sales Director and fulfillment team to ensure wholesale orders are accurate, complete, and ready for processing.
• Monitor order processing and shipping to help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify order details, resolve operational issues, and keep workflows moving efficiently.
• Track assignments, deadlines, and outstanding operational tasks in Asana, while using Slack for day-to-day communication.
• Take ownership of pending administrative and operational tasks during slower periods, helping improve organization and maintain efficient workflows.
• Maintain consistent records, follow established procedures, and proactively flag discrepancies or potential fulfillment issues.

• 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience, particularly with backend administration, product management, listings, and inventory updates.
• Experience coordinating inventory, order processing, fulfillment, or other e-commerce operations.
• Comfortable using Asana to organize tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines.
• Proficient with Slack for internal communication and coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve issues accurately.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple operational tasks independently.
• Technically proficient, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems and tools.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Reliable and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over assigned responsibilities.
