Senior Business Development Manager

• Develop and execute almentor’s business development plan for the Saudi market, focusing on high-value institutional opportunities
• Identify priority sectors including government, semi-government, banking, insurance, telecom, education, healthcare, family-owned groups, and large enterprises
• Build a pipeline aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, workforce transformation, digital upskilling, leadership development, and national talent development
• Map key accounts by decision-makers, influencers, procurement structures, budget owners, and strategic priorities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, client needs, and regulatory developments
• Lead the full business development cycle from prospecting and relationship building through proposal development, negotiation, closing, and handover
• Sell enterprise learning subscriptions, customized eLearning content, national skilling programs, leadership academies, sector-specific learning journeys, and strategic B2G projects
• Develop account-specific value propositions and manage complex sales cycles involving senior executives, procurement, transformation, government, and technical stakeholders
• Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, contract alignment, and internal approvals
• Build long-term relationships with priority accounts and develop account plans covering renewals, cross-selling, upselling, and partnership expansion
• Coordinate with product, content, customer success, project management, marketing, finance, and legal teams
• Support client onboarding and transition from sales to delivery and customer success
• Identify and develop partnerships with Saudi training providers, HR platforms, telecom operators, universities, associations, government programs, and consulting firms
• Support joint go-to-market models, reseller partnerships, white-label opportunities, bundled learning offerings, and sector-specific initiatives
• Represent almentor at client meetings, industry events, conferences, networking forums, and government-related business discussions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, business cases, pricing models, and commercial offers
• Translate client needs into solution designs covering scope, learning objectives, audiences, delivery model, implementation, timelines, and commercial structure
• Assess deal viability, pricing logic, profitability, risks, and expected business impact
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM and reporting tools
• Provide weekly updates on opportunities, next steps, risks, expected closing dates, and required support
• Forecast revenue and highlight risks that may delay or block deal closure
• Track pipeline value, qualified opportunities, closed revenue, renewal potential, and strategic account growth

• Excellent relationship building and executive communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure complex deals
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand client priorities and convert them into practical learning and development solutions
• Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis, business case development, pricing assessment, and risk evaluation
• Ability to work independently in KSA while coordinating closely with regional teams
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines, and client conversations simultaneously
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Strong experience in enterprise relationship management, complex B2B sales, strategic account development, financial analysis, and senior stakeholder management across GCC markets is particularly suited to the role
• Strong exposure to the Saudi market is highly preferred
