Specialist I, Integrated Planning – Technology Planning

• Orchestrate the Technology VP’s planning process, connecting and aligning technology’s strategic and operational planning with Grupo Boticário’s overall business vision
• Evaluate scenarios, priorities, and the technical and financial feasibility of initiatives
• Recommend courses of action based on return on investment and value creation
• Work across different departments, organizational levels, and executive forums
• Facilitate negotiations and ensure alignment between Technology and Business teams
• Develop presentations, executive storytelling, and strategic materials for directors and the VP
• Simplify complex concepts and highlight key indicators and decisions
• Structure and monitor financial and perceived-value metrics for technology deliverables

• Experience in Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, or Consulting
• Strong financial and business acumen, including ROI, budgeting, and value creation
• Expertise in creating presentations and executive storytelling
• Ability to analyze complex scenarios and trade-offs to support decision-making
• Knowledge of Grupo Boticário’s ecosystem, including Retail, Beauty, and Supply Chain
• Effective communication and collaboration across technical and business audiences
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without authority to align teams
• Analytical mindset connecting Technology operations to company objectives
