Video Compliance Specialist

• Review approximately 100–150 videos per day, targeting around 15 videos per hour
• Check submissions against brand policies, campaign requirements, content briefs, and review guidelines
• Identify and flag violations, inconsistencies, or content below required standards
• Explain flagged violations to creators and answer clarification questions
• Give clear, constructive feedback on errors and improvements
• Handle questions and disagreements professionally
• Document review outcomes and flag issues according to team procedures
• Apply guidelines consistently across creators, videos, and campaigns
• Escalate unclear or complex cases to the manager
• Learn content policies, brand guidelines, and review criteria
• Participate in team check-ins and video meetings with camera on
• Ask questions early when guidelines are unclear

• Strong English comprehension and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency on repetitive review work
• Sound judgment, critical thinking, and ability to explain decisions clearly
• Ability to work toward daily review targets without compromising accuracy
• Ability to handle creator questions and disagreements professionally
• Reliable attendance and accountability
• Willingness to join video meetings with the camera on
• Ability to work Monday to Friday during scheduled hours
• Experience in content moderation, quality assurance, compliance, or video review
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam
• Backup computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
• Reliable internet connection
