Business Systems Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and manage business and system requirements
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of onboarding and account-opening journeys, with a focus on risk analysis
• Model business processes and perform AS IS and TO BE mapping
• Identify improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and automation possibilities
• Create and maintain business workflows using BPMN and the Camunda-based process pipeline
• Work with architects, developers, and technical leaders to define solutions and integrations
• Lead refinement sessions, alignment between upstream and downstream processes, and development initiatives
• Perform data queries and analysis in Oracle and MongoDB databases using SQL
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, refinement sessions, planning, and backlog prioritization

• Experience gathering and managing requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules
• Knowledge of process modeling using BPMN
• Experience with AS IS and TO BE process mapping
• Knowledge of process modeling tools, especially Camunda
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
• Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka messaging
• Ability to read payloads, define integration contracts, and review technical specifications
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, architects, and developers
• Knowledge of SQL and querying Oracle and MongoDB databases
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience managing backlogs, refinement sessions, planning, and demand prioritization
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams, leading discussions and end-to-end alignment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive mindset
• Experience in fraud prevention and account-opening processes is a plus
• Experience with risk analysis projects in onboarding journeys is a plus
• Knowledge of Java development is a plus
• Experience with APIs, events, and asynchronous architectures is a plus
• Experience in environments involving multiple integrations and downstream processes is a plus
• Hands-on profile with the ability to orchestrate deliveries and track initiatives end to end is a plus
