Data Analyst – Mid-Level

• Inventory dashboards, reports, and indicators currently in use, identifying proliferation and redundancy
• Assess KPI definitions and test the reconciliation of figures across reports and periods
• Investigate discrepancies between extracts for the same period and changes to rules that have not been version-controlled
• Map users’ levels of self-service, autonomy, and stated confidence
• Assess digital data collection, including the tagging plan, events, consistency, and maintenance
• Identify retention windows in marketing data sources and their impact on historical data loss
• Verify the integration of digital and e-commerce data into the central ecosystem
• Conduct sessions with business users in Sales, Marketing, and consuming departments
• Translate reported issues into traceable gaps, supported by concrete examples
• Support the development of a heat map across consumption dimensions

• Availability for a temporary one-month engagement, working 6 hours per week
• Experience with Power BI in a corporate environment, including semantic model assessment and measure lineage analysis
• Strong SQL skills to investigate and reproduce discrepancies between extracts
• Experience defining and documenting KPIs, with an understanding of indicator governance
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including tag plan review and event diagnostics
• Ability to interview business users without leading their responses
• Looker Studio and Adobe Analytics (preferred)
• E-commerce data and conversion funnel experience (preferred)
• Marketing Cloud or an equivalent marketing automation platform (preferred)
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or relationship programs (preferred)
