Technical and Sales Trainer

• Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for professional customers on the technical aspects of VELUX solutions
• Train installers in sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Manage skills assessments, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare training materials, documents, and mock-ups
• Set up training rooms and order products and refreshments
• Coordinate Qualiopi audits
• Contribute to the development and updating of technical, sales, and advisory training modules

• Experience delivering technical training in the roofing industry
• Sales experience is a plus
• Demonstrated communication skills, with the ability to convey knowledge effectively
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to learners’ specific needs
• Occasional travel throughout the country required
