Junior Cybersecurity Engineer

• Proceed with requests and notifications related to security, including access management, security tool notifications, and vulnerability assessment
• Identify and help mitigate security issues, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities related to corporate infrastructure
• Develop, implement, and update security measures protecting corporate infrastructure
• Support the identity and access management process
• Form a knowledge base for the operation of products and services
• Assist security analytics with the incident response process
• Collaborate with Ops and Infrastructure teams on asset security
• Work closely with Admins, NOC, OPS, IT Compliance, infrastructure teams, and business employees requiring security-related help
• Work in Agile two-week sprints, including grooming, planning, and retrospectives

• 1+ year of experience in server administration, network engineering, site reliability engineering, infrastructure security, cloud security, or systems engineering
• Knowledge of the Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems and common OS hardening practices
• Technical knowledge of network protection and network Device Hardening
• Automation skills (Bash, Python)
• Understanding how computer attacks occur
• Passion for developing in cybersecurity
• Ability to work in a team, listen, and learn independently
• Competent written and verbal communication skills (Russian C1 and English B1)
• Have a good analytical mindset for problem-solving
• Nice to have: Background in cybersecurity
• Nice to have: Experience using AI tooling for technical/cybersecurity tasks
• Nice to have: Experience in vulnerability analysis
• Nice to have: Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.)
