Content Auditor

• Review vehicle listings before publication and ensure all required information is complete.
• Verify vehicle information, including make, model, trim, year of manufacture, specifications, and features.
• Review vehicle images for accuracy, vehicle matching, and compliance with photography standards.
• Ensure content is free from spelling, formatting, and factual errors.
• Cross-check vehicle information against supporting documents or approved systems.
• Identify and correct errors or return incomplete listings for completion.
• Ensure compliance with publishing policies and content quality standards.
• Monitor recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce errors and enhance content quality.
• Document recurring problems and report them to the Content Supervisor or Content Manager.
• Contribute to improving review procedures and quality control processes.
• Audit 360-degree vehicle images for completeness, technical quality, missing frames, and clarity.
• Ensure 360-degree images accurately represent vehicle condition.
• Match images of vehicle damage or visible defects with vehicle inspection reports.
• Audit technical vehicle inspection reports for complete sections, findings, and observations.
• Verify consistency between inspection reports, vehicle images, and listing data.
• Ensure technical findings and damages are documented according to company policies.
• Verify supporting images are available for reported defects and damages.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate them for correction before publication.
• Ensure published vehicle listings contain accurate and reliable information, images, and inspection reports.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in content review, data entry, or quality control; experience in the automotive or e-commerce industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of vehicle makes, models, trims, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using electronic systems and content management tools.
• Strong proofreading and attention-to-detail skills.
