Backend Developer

• Build crypto payment solutions
• Integrate with suppliers and third-party services
• Enhance and maintain backend services
• Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js/TypeScript
• Continuously improve systems and processes
• Implement new supplier and third-party integrations
• Collaborate with Backend and Frontend Developers, Designers, and other teams
• Ensure high availability, low latency, and scalability
• Potentially design, build, and optimize internal search for the e-commerce platform and internal tools

• 5+ years of backend experience
• Experience with Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python
• Experience with MongoDB and Typesense
• Experience in e-commerce platforms or similar
• Ability to make technical decisions and mentor junior people
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Curiosity about how AI is changing programming
• Excitement about AI-augmented workflows
• Bonus: experience with search technologies such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Apache Lucene, Solr, or similar
