Bilingual Senior Recruiter

• Manage recruitment activities for engineering, manufacturing, and industrial positions
• Source, screen, assess, and submit qualified candidates for specialized technical roles
• Conduct candidate follow-up and manage recruitment pipelines throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pools for niche and hard-to-fill positions
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent
• Partner proactively with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market availability
• Coordinate interviews and candidate movement through the recruitment process

• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting Engineering-related profiles
• Experience recruiting specialized talent
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment capabilities
• Experience with candidate submissions and recruitment follow-up activities
• Client-facing experience and strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
