Product Designer

• Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems
• Create innovative, highly usable solutions that meet customer needs
• Own and drive the entire design process from initial sketch through shipped feature, performance monitoring, and iteration
• Advocate for users throughout the product journey
• Conduct extensive user research to inform design decisions
• Iterate on solutions based on feedback and data
• Keep current with design trends, techniques, and practices
• Collaborate with the design guild to improve design systems and processes
• Work autonomously and proactively with full ownership and responsibility
• Provide and receive actionable feedback from teammates

• Minimum 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech companies
• Deep fluency in design thinking, user-centered methodologies, UX research, prototyping, and iterative design
• Experience owning a design area end-to-end and balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas and solutions
• Ability to conduct user research, understand data, and validate ideas
• Excellent knowledge of design tools
• Great knowledge of design systems and ability to contribute to them
• Driven, creative, and hungry for knowledge
• Impressive online portfolio
• Understanding of analytics tools such as Amplitude and HotJar
