• Contribute to the monitoring of productivity and quality indicators.
• Prepare customized payroll files according to client requirements.
• Support leadership in implementing improvements and automation.
• Process invoice extensions.
• Negotiate claims and requests with insurance carriers when necessary.
• Train and guide Analysts I and II.
• Ensure established quality standards are met.

• High school diploma.
• Experience in billing, reconciliation, or complex financial operations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data processing, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Strong knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems.
• Logical reasoning and analytical mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
