Pre and Post Sales Engineer

• Prepare, present, and demonstrate the company’s products to prospective customers
• Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and relevant field trials
• Manage customer-requested technical documentation, including RFPs, RFIs, and solution descriptions
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver product demonstrations
• Communicate product features, benefits, and technical and operational capabilities
• Gather information on customer requirements, counter-drone field developments, and potential competitors
• Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues
• Conduct research, studies, and site surveys
• Determine site size requirements and prepare proposals
• Manage field activities and implement engineering designs
• Diagnose construction or machinery problems and resolve malfunctions or crises
• Oversee repairs and technical improvements
• Install new systems and technology
• Inspect and test materials and machinery for safety
• Maintain onsite equipment
• Supervise and direct onsite crews, including technicians
• Draft and submit reports for POCs and trials
