Full-Stack Software Engineer, C# – Flutter

• Develop and maintain scalable, performant, and secure backend services in C#
• Work on front-end development in Flutter/Dart or transition from JavaScript/React/React Native
• Collaborate with senior engineers on best practices and code quality
• Implement automated testing and improve application test coverage
• Assist with architectural decisions and shape the platform's technical direction
• Contribute to a lean, fast-paced, mission-driven learning platform for healthcare professionals
• Build software supporting immersive mobile and web learning experiences

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years of working experience in Flutter/Dart
• Proven experience with C# for backend development
• Experience working with AWS (Lambdas, DynamoDB, Cognito) is a plus
• Flutter/Dart experience is highly desirable, though React/React Native developers willing to transition to Flutter are considered
• Knowledge of automated testing
• Strong commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience in healthcare projects is an advantage
