Finance Manager – Real Estate

• Structure, design, and implement real estate financing at the asset, project, and portfolio levels
• Further develop existing financing structures and processes
• Identify suitable financing partners
• Prepare and analyze financing requests
• Evaluate financing offers and term sheets
• Derive well-founded recommendations for financing decisions
• Lead loan agreement negotiations
• Coordinate collaboration with banks, notaries, legal advisors, and internal departments
• Further develop financial models, financing standards, and reporting structures
• Monitor compliance with contractual financial covenants

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, real estate economics, or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of professional experience in finance
• Ideally, experience in real estate or project finance
• Strong understanding of financing structures, relevant financial metrics, and economic interrelationships
• Strong analytical skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident communication with a range of stakeholders and ability to collaborate across departments
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ideally, experience with BI and reporting tools
• Very good German language skills
• Good English language skills
