Project Management Officer – Web3

• Bridge Product and Engineering by translating priorities, surfacing dependencies, and aligning scope, trade-offs, and timelines
• Own project plans, track milestones, drive ETAs, and push initiatives to on-time completion
• Partner with product managers and engineering leads
• Run planning cadences, sprint reviews, and cross-team syncs
• Identify risks and blockers, escalate issues, and drive resolution
• Serve as a trusted point of contact across teams and foster collaboration
• Provide leadership with status updates, delivery metrics, and project health reporting
• Improve PMO processes, tools, and rituals to help teams ship faster with less friction

• 3+ years in program management, technical program management, or PMO within tech or product-led companies
• Genuine passion for Web3 and wallet infrastructure
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects to delivery between Product and Engineering
• Warm, caring, people-first style with ability to build trust
• Results-driven, with ability to push timelines and hold teams accountable
• Technical fluency sufficient to understand engineering trade-offs and earn credibility with engineers
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders from engineers to executives
• Highly organized and comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar tools
• Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment
• Must have the right to work in the country where based
• Must not require visa sponsorship; the company is unable to sponsor visas
• Web3 trading or investment experience
