Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

• Independently manage challenging workstreams and sub-projects related to digital transformation, organizational development, and new business models
• Analyze complex issues and identify relevant drivers
• Develop well-founded recommendations for action
• Structure problems to enable clear decisions and actionable solutions
• Work closely with clients
• Conduct interviews and workshops
• Prepare presentations
• Support the implementation of concepts and ensure tangible change
• Collaborate across disciplines with experts in strategy, data, and technology
• As a Senior Consultant, take responsibility for larger workstreams or smaller projects
• Provide subject-matter support to less experienced colleagues in day-to-day project work

• Excellent degree in business, economics, or a related field, or comparable professional experience
• At least three years of professional experience in management consulting, a media company, or a transformation, strategy, or organizational role
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Ability to quickly understand business relationships and structure complex topics
• Ability to draw well-founded conclusions and communicate them concisely
• Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work
• Confident and professional manner in workshops, meetings, and presentations
• Proficiency in working with data, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent German at a minimum C1 level, with professional-level command
• Professional communication skills in English
