Senior Test Analyst – Manual Testing, SAP, Order to Cash

• Develop manual test plans and scenarios based on project requirements
• Create and execute test cases
• Validate functionality against requirements and user stories
• Identify, log, track, and validate defect fixes
• Analyze test results and identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and enhance testing strategies
• Support delivery teams in identifying and resolving issues
• Share knowledge and best practices in QA, testing, and defect management
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
• Propose solutions to optimize testing activities and increase process efficiency
• Support decisions related to quality and testing strategy
• Serve as a technical reference within the team, contributing to the advancement of quality practices

• Proven experience in manual testing / QA
• Experience developing and executing test cases
• Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects
• Intermediate knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) processes
• Ability to interpret requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Intermediate conversational English is a strong plus
