VTEX/IO Developer

• Develop and maintain B2C e-commerce websites on the VTEX IO and FastStore platforms
• Implement and optimize components and pages to ensure high performance, usability, and conversion rates
• Create integrations with APIs and microservices to expand platform functionality
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the user experience (UX/UI)
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and automated testing
• Monitor, diagnose, and fix bugs, ensuring platform stability and availability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the evolution of the solution’s technical architecture

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience developing on the VTEX IO and FastStore platforms
• Strong practical knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and JavaScript
• Experience consuming and building GraphQL and REST APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Knowledge of and best practices in web performance (Core Web Vitals, rendering optimization, and technical SEO)
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tracking/analytics implementation
• Preferred: Experience developing mobile apps
