Medical Expert, Spanish – AI Training

• Help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional medical tasks
• Build workspaces and files
• Write prompts
• Create grading rubrics based on real medical work in Spain
• Collaborate with leading researchers on projects training and enhancing AI systems

• 5+ years of clinical practice
• Native or fluent in Spanish
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain
• Licensed physician in Spain (colegiado), typically after MIR residency
• Familiarity with SNS protocols and Spanish clinical guidelines
• Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
