QA Test Automation – Mid-Level

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for the new Commercial Credit and Agribusiness platform
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring business rules are properly implemented in incremental releases
• Develop, maintain, and execute Web and API test automation scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Perform exploratory, regression, integration, and load/performance testing as needed
• Execute manual tests covering text-based workflows and voice/text interaction channels
• Identify, document, and manage the bug/issue lifecycle, tracking fixes and conducting retests
• Query relational and non-relational databases to validate data and create test datasets
• Collaborate with the .NET/C# development team, analysts, and Product Owners in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a bachelor’s degree in any field combined with a postgraduate degree (Specialization, Master’s, or Doctorate) in IT, with a minimum workload of 360 hours
• Hold at least one active certification or equivalent: CTFL, CBTS, or ATC
• Extensive and proven experience in Information Technology, with a track record of working on full software development lifecycle projects
• Strong hands-on experience planning, designing, and executing manual and automated tests
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Postman, and Robot Framework
• Knowledge of performance/load testing using JMeter
• Practical knowledge of .NET/C# and/or JavaScript
• Experience with continuous integration pipelines in Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
• Knowledge of querying relational and non-relational databases
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Preferred: experience in banking, financial, credit, or agribusiness projects
• Preferred: experience with BDD (Cucumber/SpecFlow)
• Preferred: experience working with public-sector clients or large financial institutions
