Product Manager

• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and stakeholder requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with Engineering, UX/Design, and Compliance to guide new features from conception through release
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Contribute to refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and prioritization workshops
• Use product analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and validate hypotheses
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions within the team
• Ensure transparent alignment with stakeholders and other product teams
• Use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and specification writing
• Share AI-related experiences and insights with the team
• Take ownership of a product area and actively help shape product development

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a comparable role
• Ideally, experience in a tech or SaaS company
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Analytical and user-focused approach
• Experience using data and user feedback to support product decisions and prioritization
• Clear communication skills and the ability to bring together different perspectives
• Close collaboration with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and active use of AI tools
• Business-fluent German
• Good command of English
• Initial experience with AI-powered product features, such as LLM-based applications or automated document processing, is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of the finance, FinTech, or another regulated environment is a plus but not required
