Project Manager, Key Account Projects

• Manage and support key account projects from handover through successful completion
• Support operating companies with project execution
• Ensure clear responsibilities, timelines, and communication
• Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders
• Ensure a professional client-facing presence
• Identify risks and bottlenecks at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions
• Support proposal and tender processes
• Prepare for important client meetings
• Continuously improve standards and processes within the team

• Technical qualification, further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician, or a degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, energy, or building services engineering
• Experience as a project manager or in the execution of technical projects
• Strong understanding of technical processes and site organization
• Confident when working with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Willingness to travel within Germany (approximately 2–3 days per week)
• Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach to work
• Willingness to take responsibility and bring people together
