Key Account Manager, E-Commerce, CRM, Email Marketing

• Lead 3–5 Account Managers both functionally and disciplinarily
• Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings using a clear structure
• Take responsibility for the team’s well-being and professional development
• Deliver training, provide feedback, and oversee structured onboarding
• Own the development and performance of a portfolio of approximately 6–8 of the most demanding accounts
• Act as the senior-level point of contact for client decision-makers
• Address relevant topics during client calls
• Identify churn risks at an early stage and determine appropriate countermeasures
• Return at-risk accounts to a growth trajectory
• Serve as the team’s technical escalation point for Klaviyo and CRM architecture
• Provide subject-matter coaching to Account Managers
• Own a company-wide employee process, such as onboarding or offboarding
• Align standards with other Key Account Managers and actively share learnings

• At least 3–4 years of experience in email marketing or CRM, ideally including experience in an agency or e-commerce environment
• Extensive hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable platform (Braze, Emarsys, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Experience building complex setups independently, not merely supporting them
• Initial leadership or mentoring experience
• Experience taking responsibility for the work of others
• Confidence communicating with client decision-makers
• Experience engaging with executive management or marketing leadership as an equal partner
• Native-level German
• Good written and spoken English
• Must be based in Germany for tax and social security purposes
