Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager

• Boost the commercial performance of 360Learning's Revenue engine by improving hit ratio, deal size, and sales velocity across the funnel
• Partner with the Global Chief Sales Officer, VP of Sales, Sales Coaches, Global Director of Business Development & Partnerships, and Enablement team
• Act as a trusted business partner to Sales and BDR leadership, progressively expanding to Alliances & Partnerships
• Deliver strategic cross-team initiatives such as rolling out pricing strategies and supporting new product launches
• Translate revenue strategy into actionable plans and playbooks for Sales and BDR teams
• Frame business and resource-allocation decisions, identify staffing needs, and optimize team structure
• Monitor KPIs and execution, delivering insights to the Executive team
• Propose data-driven initiatives to improve performance
• Recommend quarterly adjustments to the Business Plan
• Within 1 month: master internal tools, processes, product, sales processes, and tooling; identify initial OKRs
• Within 3 months: become the main business partner for global Sales and BDR teams; run a Sales Coach review; deliver an OKR with immediate revenue impact
• Within 6 months: lead a pipeline creation and conversion improvement project; map funnel attrition; optimize the target/incentive model
• Within 12 months: become a Revenue Operations expert and partner with Sales and Partnerships leadership to raise commercial performance
• 2–3+ years in top-tier consulting or a high-growth tech/startup environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Deep analytical rigor and ability to bring clarity to complex topics through sharp insights
• Strong project management skills
• Effective communication with senior leadership and ability to align multiple stakeholders collaboratively
• Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of adaptability
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to open-ended problems
• Strong business sense and genuine curiosity for the day-to-day work of Revenue teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with clear, structured (pyramidal) delivery
• Fluency in English and French
