Website Developer, Designer

• Improve and optimize the Double the Donation website for lead generation and conversion goals
• Design, code, and launch high-performing landing pages for marketing campaigns, product education, and sales enablement
• Execute end-to-end WordPress development, including building pages and managing plugins
• Ensure website security, speed, and responsiveness
• Redesign, revamp, and develop existing website pages to improve clarity, usability, and conversion performance
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into functional code and live WordPress pages
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaigns and messaging into effective web experiences
• Partner with the sales team to support inbound leads, demos, and customer decision-making integrations
• Apply UX/UI, accessibility, web architecture, and conversion-focused design best practices across web properties

• 3+ years of professional experience in both web design and WordPress development
• Experience ideally within SaaS environments
• Deep technical expertise in WordPress, including site architecture, custom themes, plugins, and content management
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with PHP
• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
• Strong portfolio of websites both designed and developed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Ability to speak and present ideas clearly in English
• Target availability for 42.5 billable hours per week
