Senior Director, Project Management

• Guide critical strategic initiatives that enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
• Oversee complex, cross-functional projects spanning multiple divisions
• Work closely with leadership to deliver impactful results
• Establish project governance frameworks
• Enhance operational efficiency
• Develop collaborative teams
• Manage portfolios of strategic initiatives focused on business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation

• 15–20 years plus demonstrable experience across clinical systems implementations with executive stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Advanced Degree or Bachelor's Degree plus progressive project/program management experience in complex organizations
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and PROSCI certification highly desired
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives and change management programs
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities and leadership communication skills
• Experience developing and supporting successful teams
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably CRO, life sciences or healthcare
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
• Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to influence through collaboration
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office suite
• Travel required by role, typically 20–40%
• Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures
