À propos du poste

• Define the orchestration platform’s boundaries, guarantees, non-goals, primitives, and consuming-product responsibilities
• Own sequencing and core changes needed before a second product can onboard
• Define the remittance migration approach as the platform evolves
• Define workflow interfaces, idempotency, retry and compensation semantics, timeouts, state visibility, and SLAs
• Create documentation, onboarding, and observability tooling for a self-serve, operable platform
• Run the platform engineering team’s roadmap
• Balance remittance reliability against platform investment
• Own platform success metrics, including workflow success rates, time-to-completion, manual intervention rate, time to resolve stuck workflows, and time-to-integrate
• Represent the platform to operations, compliance, and finance
• Partner with the engineering lead on architecture decisions with product consequences

• 5+ years in product management with at least 3 years owning a platform, infrastructure, API, or backend product whose primary customers were other engineering teams
• Shipped something other teams built on and can discuss the consequences of its abstractions
• Strong grounding in distributed-systems concepts: asynchronous processing, eventual consistency, at-least-once delivery, idempotency, compensation versus rollback, and failure modes of long-running workflows
• Payments, remittance, banking, ledger or transaction-processing experience
• Understanding of settlement, reconciliation, payout partners and compliance screening
• Exceptional written communication
• Direct comfort with data: querying, reading dashboards, and investigating anomalies
