Partnerships Manager

• Lead the strategy and team for the Partnerships channel, defining quarterly priorities, resource allocation, and qualified lead generation targets for the B2B pipeline
• Manage and expand the Strategic Partners function, working with major industry names, speakers, and thought leaders in the education market
• Orchestrate the Associate Partners function and ensure the efficiency and scalability of the transactional model
• Develop the Associations and Unions function, strengthening institutional relationships and participating in strategic events
• Own and directly manage the channel’s P&L and KPIs, monitoring conversions, ROI, acquisition costs, and qualified demand
• Partner with Marketing to design events, webinars, talks, and engagement strategies
• Represent isaac externally and build trusted relationships with decision-makers

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make investment decisions in ambiguous environments
• Proven experience in people management and leading by example
• High-level interpersonal savvy and maturity
• Demonstrated ability to connect with and build trusted relationships with C-level executives, college owners, and leaders in the B2B market
• Solid experience generating demand for long and complex B2B sales funnels
• Direct accountability for P&L results
• Restlessness and a strong sense of urgency
• Hands-on attitude, commitment to rapid learning, and the ability to step outside your comfort zone
• Previous experience structuring and scaling a Partnerships or Channel Sales function — a plus
• Experience in the education market (EdTech companies/colleges), fintech, or high-value B2B solutions — a plus
