Senior Software Engineer

• Ensure the health and stability of environments by troubleshooting systemic, infrastructure, and information security failures
• Develop new components and services, ensuring high system performance and stability
• Analyze, identify, and implement improvements in development (TST) and staging (HML) environments
• Work on the prevention and prediction of systemic failures
• Support development teams in resolving incidents, problems, and changes
• Act directly on service outages and failures
• Coordinate solutions with Development, QA, and Business teams
• Define testing strategies
• Report systemic failures and develop action plans for the continuous improvement of systems

• Strong experience in back-end and front-end development
• Knowledge of infrastructure for environment support and maintenance
• Analytical mindset, holistic perspective, and a passion for technical challenges
