Staff Product Designer

• Shape product experiences that make complex infrastructure feel simple
• Design experiences for products used by developers worldwide
• Own the UX journey from early product ideas through polished experiences
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to solve complex problems
• Build design systems and patterns that enable UX to scale across bunny.net
• Prototype, experiment, and explore using AI and modern design tools
• Lead user research standards and define personas guiding design decisions
• Engage with customers and incorporate their feedback into products
• Facilitate design workshops and reviews to clarify complex product decisions
• Improve usability, accessibility, and product design quality
• Mentor designers by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and leading by example

• 7+ years of experience in UX, product design, or a similar role
• Experience designing cloud infrastructure and/or products for developers
• Confidence designing for technical users, especially developers
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
• Ability to turn technical complexity into intuitive experiences
• Systems thinking and experience creating scalable design patterns
• Ability to work strategically while managing detailed design work
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and balance user needs with technical realities
• Clear communication and ability to explain design thinking to engineers and leadership
• Curiosity about AI and modern design tools
• Experience building design systems, component libraries, or design tokens is a plus
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular is a plus
• Experience designing for APIs, cloud platforms, infrastructure, security, or developer tools is a plus
• Experience using AI for research, prototyping, or product design is a plus
• Experience mentoring designers or scaling design practices is a plus
• Must be located in Europe, ideally within CET ±3 hours
