Senior SEO Analyst

• Serve as the company’s technical and strategic SEO authority
• Lead the SEO process from diagnosis through execution
• Conduct technical SEO audits and prioritize implementation with the development team
• Analyze Search Console, GA4, and server log data to inform decisions
• Develop and execute on-page strategies
• Create strategic plans and tactical SEO roadmaps, with reporting and measurement based on business metrics
• Conduct keyword research and create structured content briefs for the editorial team
• Develop content and strategy for GEO, monitoring Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative AI search engines
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to prioritize SEO initiatives
• Report results with a focus on qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results
• Strong technical expertise in crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang, and canonicalization
• Proven on-page experience, with measurable case studies across each area
• Hands-on experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
• Ability to independently create search-intent-driven content briefs without writing the content
• Proven experience analyzing raw data from Search Console, GA4, and log files
• Experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Looker Studio
• Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of SQL for large-scale data integration is a plus
• Previous experience serving as the sole SEO authority at another company is a plus
• Experience with off-page strategy is a plus
• Experience with ASO and/or YouTube SEO is a plus
