Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and service levels
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business needs
• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions
• Manage RFQ and RFP processes from supplier identification through proposal evaluation
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement optimization initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor supplier performance and establish procurement KPIs
• Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and supplier proposals to support decision-making
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
• Support contract management and procurement process improvements

• Proven experience leading supplier negotiations and managing sourcing processes
• Strong knowledge of RFQ, RFP, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize purchasing processes
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting
• Experience with ERP or procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Ability to manage sourcing projects independently
• Based in LATAM
• Availability to work full-time in a remote environment
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (Preferred)
• Experience working with international suppliers (Nice to have)
