Senior Product Manager

• Set product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Decide what to build, why, and how success is measured
• Take new products and features from problem discovery through launch and iteration
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests and experiments
• Define, instrument and track KPIs
• Use product analytics to identify friction and prioritise high-impact work
• Understand architectural trade-offs, review technical approaches and unblock decisions
• Write clear, technical and opinionated product specifications
• Identify opportunities for LLMs and agents to create product value and ship solutions
• Prototype with AI tools, scripts and no-code tools
• Write queries, investigate data pipelines, build prototypes and open pull requests when appropriate
• Balance user impact, business value, effort and regulatory constraints
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics and business owners
• Own a product area end to end with approximately 70% product and 30% engineering responsibility

• 5+ years in product management or product engineering with strong technical involvement
• Track record of taking products from 0 to live use with real users
• Daily use of LLMs, vibe coding and agents
• Experience applying LLMs or agentic AI to real products
• Strong in Python or a similar language
• Comfortable with SQL, git, databases and evaluating system architecture
• Fluent in product analytics and research
• Ability to define metrics and validate through interviews, usability testing and experiments
• Strong grasp of UX
• Experience shipping with Design and Engineering in an agile environment
• Clear communication in English
• Self-directed and able to explain technical decisions to non-technical people and write technical specifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field is nice to have
• Experience in fintech or another regulated industry is nice to have
• Early-stage startup background is nice to have
• Hands-on LLM orchestration or prompt engineering is nice to have
• Background in software engineering, QA or product analytics is nice to have
