Junior Customer Implementation Engineer – m/f/d

• Implement and customize Telepaxx services for customers
• Support the setup and configuration of customer environments in the TMD Cloud
• Further develop tools and processes for the secure, efficient operation and change management of cloud services (Cloud Operations)
• Develop into a subject-matter contact for users and IT staff on customers’ PACS teams
• Support root-cause analyses
• Collaborate across departments
• Support the optimization of change and operational processes

• Completed vocational training or university degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Initial hands-on experience administering cloud environments and application services
• Basic understanding of Docker containers and Infrastructure as Code
• Good SQL skills
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills
• Initial knowledge of clinical IT, particularly PACS systems, DICOM, IHE, and HL7 (nice to have)
• Theoretical knowledge of security standards for cloud services, such as BSI C5 and the Cloud Controls Matrix (nice to have)
